This update provides manual direct debit, salutation form element, attachment field and several improvements and bug fixes.

New features​

Manual direct debit​

Manual direct debit lets you collect IBAN and account information from donors in order to create transactions or subscriptions manually, outside of Koalect.

tip

Manual direct debit is available on demand. Please contact your account manager if you want to activate it.

Salutation form element​

Once added to a form, this new element lets users specify how they want to be addressed (i.e. Ms, Mr,...).

Attachment field​

This field sends data to CRMs that is not directly linked to a transaction. The data includes

  • Project title
  • Project goal
  • Project ID
  • Project campaign UD
  • Project owner ID

Improvements​

Default country​

It is now possible to define the default country of addresses in forms.

Tamaro – SEPA terms and conditions​

When SEPA is selected as the payment method to make a transaction, a checkbox indicating acceptance of sepa terms and conditions is now mandatory for form submission.

Detailled address in emails​

Address variables in emails are now separated so it's now possible to only send a part of the whole address, such as the country only, or the city.

Upload image refactoring​

We've refactored the image upload throughout the whole product so it's more efficient and trustworthy.

listBenefitings addition to GraphQL​

Benefitings are now listed in GraphQL.

Bug fixes​

Google Pay fix​

We fixed an issue that prevented Google Pay transactions to be successful.

Only send visible fields​

When hidden form fields get filled out and then hidden by the user, the data is now deleted in order to make the UX more coherent and the donor has more control over what information is sent.
