Hub v1.68.0

Release Date July 16 2024

About this update

Every Hub user will automatically receive this update, no action needed from your side!

Updated Password Security Standards

To enhance the security of your data, we’ve enhanced security for new passwords during the login process. Passwords must be

  • between 12 and 64 characters,
  • including both letters and numbers. We will guide you to create a strong password during password setup or update. This change applies only to new or updated passwords; existing passwords are unaffected and won’t require changes at this time. Find more details in our Knowledge Base.

Improved Hub Shop for TWINT solutions πŸ‡¨πŸ‡β€‹

We have given our shop an upgrade so that you will see a preview of what you order directly when selecting the items in Hub. We also added some better explanations so you know what to expect when you place an order.

Recurring transactions through TWINT πŸ‡¨πŸ‡πŸŒ±β€‹

All organisations with a β€œGrowth”-Priceplan can now receive recurring donations or payments through TWINT. Receiving membership fees or regular contributions has never been this simple. Just navigate to your touchpoint solution and add recurring intervals to your form. Note: this is not available for the TWINT Payments-solution type.

Updates to Touchpoint Solutions

  • TWINT recurring payments & donations are now available in Touchpoint Solutions (Growth only) πŸ‡¨πŸ‡πŸŒ±
  • For more clarity in the payment & donation process, the donation button text will automatically change and include the recurring interval, if a recurring payment or donation is selected.
  • We have introduced URL parameters to customize the donation/payment form:
    • ?info.show=false or ?info.show=0 hides the entire info section
    • ?info.show=true shows info sections that have been disabled in the Hub UI
    • ?compact=true shows a read-only version of the supporter data block. Only available data will be added to this box, if the data is not provided, the fields will be shown in the usual layout

Bugs and general improvements

  • Internal changes to make the systems run smoother and accommodate our partners
  • Improved the layout of the β€œSource URL” in Transaction details so that it takes up less space
  • Improved our error-monitoring implementation
  • Added more content to the help widget
  • Fixed Zendesk widget access to Raisenow Hub category in knowledge base
