Configuration option for the charge reminder email
Swiss clients are legally obligated to send a reminder email a week before the next subscription charge if a subscription interval is 6 months or more apart. We have added a toggle to the Hub Communications settings, where organizations can now activate or deactivate the setting themselves, given that the organisation is not based in Switzerland. If the organization is based in Switzerland, the additional toggle makes organisations aware of this email being sent and lets them preview it.
All transactions in one view
We have merged the “transactions” and “subscriptions” views together, making both views available as tabs in the same screen. The previously existing menu item “Transactions” has been renamed to “Donations and Payments”.
Option to disable org self-disconnect from Partner
Partners now have the ability to disable the self-disconnect option for organisations linked to their Partner-Managed accounts. When an organisation disconnects from a partner, all associated Touchpoint Solutions and Payment Profiles configured through the partner are deactivated. In some cases, this can lead to critical disruptions for the organisation. To mitigate this risk, partners can now prevent organisations from disconnecting directly via the RaiseNow Hub, and instead guide them through a custom disconnection process on the partner’s own website.
