Introduction of user management in RaiseNow Hub​

  • User Management: You can now invite additional new users or remove existing users from your organization directly within RaiseNow Hub.
  • Resend Invitation: You can resend invitations to users who missed the opportunity to accept them initially.
  • Revoke Invitation: You have the option to revoke previously sent invitations.

General bugs and improvements

We have added information about the status reason of each transaction. You can now see the exact reason why your supporters' transaction might have been unsuccessful. This way you can easily follow up with your supporters and take the required action.
