“Payments Plus” Solution Type

With this new solution type, you can receive payments with supporter data like address, name, and email. Use this to collect membership payments for example. You can connect all available payment methods to this solution type and make the payment process as frictionless as possible for your supporters. Updates to Touchpoint Solutions

(Release Date: August 14 2024)

• You can now overwrite mandatory or optional fields in your touchpoint solution with URL query parameters in the Paylink. Simply add *.required=true (or *.required=false, respectively) to the URL to overwrite the preconfigured settings. Please note that some fields might still be mandatory due to requirements from payment providers.

General Bugs and Improvements

• It is now possible to create all solution types before your organisation is approved. So you can simply register to RaiseNow Hub, and start creating / preparing solutions while waiting for the approval process to be finalized. Once your organisation is approved, you can then publish and use the solutions you created.
• Shop (🇨🇭-only): You can now pay your shop orders with Google and Apple Pay as well as the previously existing payment methods. Payments through Postfinance are no longer possible. The shop supports: TWINT, Google/Apple Pay & Credit Cards.
• We fixed a bug where TWINT needed to be activated twice upon the initial organisation signup.
• We have resolved an issue with the display of special characters in the organisation name.
• We fixed bugs in the password creation process.
• We made the new dark theme look even nicer.
