Reconciliation processing

Camt file processing​

To process camt files, you have the following options:

  • Upload the camt file via Salesforce using the RaiseNow UI.
  • Use the RaiseNow API to upload camt files, for example, by leveraging your own EBICS integration.
  • Set up an automated integration with RaiseNow’s PostFinance integration.

Processing of a camt files will result in reconciliation reports in Salesforce, summarizing key details such as transaction count, total amount, and recipient bank account.

Gift transactions are updated or created based on the report type:

  • Direct Debit Payments: Updates the gift transaction status, adds a value date, and assigns a processor reference. Learn more: Direct Debit processing
  • Acquirer Settlements: Updates the gift transaction with a value date and acquirer fees.
  • Wire Transfers: Creates or updates a gift transaction, depending on the case. Learn more: Smart Matching strategies
