We rolled back a breaking change regarding paymentFormPrefill from v2.8.0 that caused issues with some CRM integrations. Made some general improvements and preparation for new features.

Rollback of the Breaking Change from v2.8.0

We rolled back the change made in Tamaro v2.8.0 since it caused issues for some orgainsations. The behaviour is now as it was before:

• You can pre-set values for paymentFormPrefill.supporter and paymentFormPrefill.payment_information again
• The system does not allow the dynamic updating of certain fields again. No matter if they are from the old (RaiseNow Manager) or new (RaiseNow Hub) format: The sections paymentFormPrefill.raisenow_parameters and paymentFormPrefill.custom_parameters cannot be overridden by values in the old format. They will still be automatically mapped to the correct fields in the new format (RaiseNow Hub).

New configuration options and features

• New standard currencies to use your widget in even more countries:
  • huf (Hungarian Forint)
  • ron (Romanian Leu)
  • gbp (Pound Sterling)
  • cad (Canadian Dollar)
  • cny (China: Renminbi)
  • aud (Australian Dollar)
• Configuration option to make it possible to automatically generate a donation tax receipt for donations made from the USA.
• New options for tax deductability in Italian widgets:
  • standard field stored_customer_fiscal_code
  • validation rule tax_id_valid
  • TaxIdLocale config option
• Changed texts to offer the option to receive recurring payments next to recurring donations in the future.
