Support PayPal payments on the RaiseNow Hub
We recently introduced support for PayPal Vault payments on the Hub platform. This release provides support for transferring these payments to OM. Note, that as in the RaiseNow Manager, the ValueDate will be set directly on processing the successful payment.
Ensure compatibility with changes in the OM API for catching invalid campaigns
A recent update to the OM API changed the reason phrase provided by the OM API when reporting on invalid campaigns. This update ensure compatibility with this change.
Only set fallback email address if no mailing address is provided
With this release a fallback email address will only be used, if no mail address was provided with the donation record. As the OM API will refuse accepting records with incomplete contact information, but touchpoints are frequently configured with optional contact information, a fallback value is required. To avoid the use of fallback values, ensure you configure your touchpoints according to the OM requirements.
Ensure that fallback values for campaign and segment are used correctly
The integration will now immediately default to both, the fallback segment and the fallback campaign, if either is reported as faulty by the OM API. This is done to account for the hirarchical nature of campaigns and segments in OM.
