This release introduces a detailed view in 'Users' in Hub and paves the way for introducing roles and accounts to Hub. It also introduces a new functionality to "expand all" or "collapse all" sections on detail pages in Donations & Transactions.
All new features are automatically available to all Hub users. Log in to try it out.
Improved transaction, subscription & payment agreement details
We’ve improved how transaction, subscription, and payment agreement details are displayed in RaiseNow Hub. From now on, all individual sections can be expanded or collapsed with one single click. This means you can review full details at a glance — without having to open or expand multiple sections. Your preferred setting is stored automatically, so you only have to change it once.
New detailed view on users in Hub
We’ve added a new drawer to 'Users' that displays all details for a selected user, including last login, first name, last name, email, language, roles, and accounts. This lays the foundation for expanded support of roles and accounts in Hub, which will be rolled out throughout 2026.

General Improvements and Bugfixes
- We removed the beta functionality banner for the embeddable solution section as it's no longer in testing
- We fixed the dropdown for 20 transactions not working correctly
- We fixed a broken transaction details drawer when accessing it from the dashboard.
