This release brings many small imrovements and bugfixes and one major update that enables organisations to manage their transactional emails through Hub.

Transactional Supporter Emails – Activation And Deactivation Options

Managing confirmation emails and emails related to transactions just became easier. You now have the flexibility to activate or deactivate specific emails related to your supporters payments and donations. The available email types include:

  • Confirmation Email for one-off payments: A summary and confirmation of a completed one-time donation or payment.
  • Subscription Activated for recurring payments: A confirmation that a recurring payment or donation has been successfully set up.
  • Subscription Charged for recurring payments A notification that a recurring payment or donation has been successfully processed.
  • Subscription Cancelled for recurring payments: A confirmation that a recurring payment or donation has been cancelled. We recommend all emails to be activated, this is also the default setting. Paypal Recurring Donations

With this release, PayPal vaulting which offers recurring payment & donation options with PayPal will be available for all organisations. In Switzerland, recurring payments leveraging the new PayPal vaulting technology are only available through the partnership between RaiseNow and PayPal.

To activate recurring PayPal payments, please hit the refresh button on the RaiseNow Hub Payment Providers page. If you configured PayPal on RaiseNow Hub before February 2024, you will need to reconnect PayPal.

General Bugs And Improvements

  • Organizations connected to a partner now have the option to disconnect the partner. This action will revoke the partner's permissions, ensuring they can no longer access data or perform any actions within the organization.
  • Fixed some code issues that were slowing down our development speed so that we can deliver new things to you even faster.
  • Made improvements to touchpoint solution modals to highglight the benefits of each solution including new features
  • Fixed bugs that caused some elements not to be shown or shown in the wrong place
  • Fixed a faulty configuration of configuring supporter fields
