Salutations

The values for the "salutations" dropdown are configured using the salutations config option.

Default value for this option is ['ms', 'mr', 'none'].

Allowed values for the salutation array are: ms, mrs, mr, other, family, none, mx.

Default translations are provided only for ms, mr, none, mx.
So if you want to use other allowed values, you need to provide translations for them.

Values mx and none are special. If one of them is selected, then the salutation will not be shown along with the name on the "Result" page.
