This release introduces an option to receive a copy of transaction confirmation emails and additional identifiers to transactions.
All new features are automatically available to all Hub users. Log in to try it out.
📩 Receive a copy of transaction confirmation emails​
We’ve added a new option in RaiseNow Hub that allows your organisation to receive a copy of the confirmation emails sent to your supporters after a successful transaction. This provides visibility of successful payments in real time, without having to log in to Hub to check transaction statuses.
This feature will send a copy of the “Transaction confirmation” and “Subscription charged” confirmation emails to an email address of your choice.
âť— Important: This feature is not available for the TWINT Payments solution.
Try it out by navigating to solution overview and clicking the newly created “Settings” tab.
📊 External Payment ID and Provider Payment ID in Hub​
RaiseNow Hub now displays the external payment ID and payment provider ID for each transaction.
- Payment Provider Identifier: The ID attributed by the Payment Service Provider (PSP).
- External Payment Identifier: The ID attributed by us and sent to the PSP, usually the UUID, although some PSPs or acquirers may not support this format.
These values are shown on the transactions details page and can also be added to the transaction export by selecting the corresponding columns. This improvement helps organisations easily match individual payments in Hub with the records maintained by the payment provider, streamlining reconciliation.
