In January, we enhanced reliability and clarity with email-based 2FA, safeguards against abusive invitations, clearer user management through status visibility and simplified removal flows, and new solution-level statistics.

Security: Limits on user creation and invitations
To prevent abuse and protect your organisation from large-scale automated invitations, we’ve introduced the following limits:
- Maximum of 10 new users per organisation per day
- Maximum of 200 users per organisation in total
User details: Display user status
The user details drawer now shows the user’s status in the top right corner, improving visibility and helping you quickly understand users activity.
User invitation revoke
We now clearly differentiate between removing a user and revoking an invitation, offering a more intuitive and transparent experience for managing user access.
### New solution statistics Organisations can now see the number of active subscriptions per solution, making it easier to assess campaign performance and plan next steps. The metric is only shown if applicable.
### General Improvements and Bugfixes
- Export: The export modal has been updated with a clearer, more user-friendly design, improving usability and consistency across exports.
- Payouts: Resolved an issue where some data fields were not mapped correctly in payout exports and duplicate identifiers for refunds were shown.
- Made some minor design / style improvements.

Security: Moving from SMS to Email for Stronger reliability
To enhance security and reliability, we’ve migrated two-factor authentication (2FA) from SMS to email. This change ensures a safer authentication process for all users while reducing the risk of abuse associated with SMS delivery.
