Getting Started
To activate Progress Bars for your custom Tamaro widget, please get in touch with RaiseNow. You can contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out via email at support@raisenow.com.
The email should include the following information:
- Tamaro Widget ID (if you don't know which one is your ID, simply send us the link to your widget)
- Campaign IDs and Sub IDs for which the Progress Bar should be enabled
- Optional start and end dates for your desired campaigns
As an example:
Subject: Enable Progress Bar for Tamaro
Dear RaiseNow Team,
I would like to request the activation of Progress Bars for the Tamaro Widget ID "futurogoal."
Below are the details:
- Campaign ID: football-match-2025
- Start Date: 2025-01-01
- End Date: 2025-12-31
- Campaign ID: charity-run-2025
- Sub IDs: 5k-run, 10k-run
- Start Date: today

Please note that enabling the progress bar could take a couple of days. If you have an emergency campaign, we advise you to create a progress bar using touchpoint solutions in RaiseNow Hub.
Configure and personalize the Progress Bar. Once you are happy with the design, save the generated code by clicking on "Website / Tamaro integration snippet".
Integrate the Progress Bar into your website or Tamaro donation form by pasting the generated code into the desired location.
