With this release, you can add a custom redirect link to your touchpoint solutions to redirect your supporters back to your website after a donation has been made. We also improved the visibility of fields that were not visible before. As always, we have made minor improvements and fixed some small bugs.
This update will automatically be available to all Hub users. Log in to try it out.
Custom Redirect after a transaction
Our new custom redirect feature allows you to send supporters back to your own website after completing a transaction. This enhancement is crucial in improving the donor journey by creating a seamless experience, maintaining trust, and boosting overall engagement. This not only fosters credibility and continuity, but custom post-donation pages also allow for thank-you messages tailored to your organisation, impact stories, and engagement opportunities. Supporter Custom Parameters (advanced)
If you are using supporter custom parameters in your Tamaro widgets as described here, you are now able to see them in the transaction or subscription details under a separate tab called "Supporter Parameters".
General Improvements and Bugfixes

- We have added the supporter's phone number to the supporter details in the transaction overview.
